You'll work on a variety of Workday transformation projects with opportunities to deepen your expertise in Prism Analytics while collaborating with an experienced Workday team.
We actively support professional development and certification, and we're keen to hear from consultants who have a solid Workday foundation and are looking to grow their Prism capability.
- YOUR MISSIONS
- Define and deliver high-impact data integration and visualization solutions by working closely with client business and data teams to empower data-driven decision-making.
- Architect, implement, and configure Prism Analytics for a global customer base as a key member of the HR-Path team.
- Build strong customer relationships to bridge the gap between complex external data sources and Workday’s native reporting.
- Train end-users and data analysts on Prism self-service capabilities to ensure long-term solution adoption.
- Execute every phase of a Workday Prism implementation, rotating through roles such as Data Architect, ETL Specialist, Solution Architect, and Analytics Lead.
- Develop sophisticated data models and advanced dashboards to enhance our analytics propositions and grow the business.
- Maintain high flexibility, including a willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.
YOUR PROFILE
We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience in some or all of the following:
- Experience delivering Workday Prism Analytics solutions or strong Workday Reporting experience.
- Knowledge of ETL, data transformation or data integration principles.
- Experience building Workday reports, including Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports and Composite Reports.
- Understanding of data modelling and integrating Workday with external data sources.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Workday certification in Core HCM, Reporting or Fins.
- Soft Skills & Communication
- Pivotal team player with an excellent attitude and the ability to translate technical data jargon into clear business insights
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) in English, specifically regarding data storytelling
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective prioritization of tasks and proven ability to manage complex tasks and technical troubleshooting efficiently
Desirable Qualifications
Any of the following would be beneficial but are not essential
- Workday Prism Analytics certification.
- SQL, Python or other data manipulation languages.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience with Workday Discovery Boards.
- Exposure to Workday Extend or Workday Integrations.
- Experience working with data governance, data quality or enterprise analytics initiatives.
