Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, 12 months

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing and Communications (M&C) Manager to join our existing M&C Manager as part of a job-share arrangement. You will be collaborating with almost every department across the PMC to ensure our activities effectively reach and engage our target audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a unique arts organisation that
values creativity and academic rigour.
This post is offered as a job-share opportunity alongside the existing M&C Manager, who works 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will work 21 hours per week
(0.6 FTE). The two postholders will work collaboratively to deliver the responsibilities of the role, with individual areas of lead responsibility agreed between them.
The successful candidate will normally be expected to work Tuesday and Thursday, with a further day to be agreed. Our preference is that the anticipated working pattern includes an overlap in the office with the existing postholder on Friday, to support communication, handover, joint planning and continuity. Some flexibility may occasionally be required to accommodate meetings, events, annual leave or other service requirements.
Further information including a full Job Description can be found on the Paul Mellon Centre website.
The Paul Mellon Centre is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the eligibility requirements under the UK Skilled Worker visa route.
