About Us
LOTUS HOUSING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED delivers high-quality housing and refurbishment projects across Dublin and Cork. We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second fix carpentry on residential and commercial projects
- Install doors, frames, skirting, architraves, floors, stairs and partitions
- Read and work from technical drawings and site instructions
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to meet deadlines
- Follow all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements
- Recognised carpentry qualification or completed apprenticeship
- Minimum 2 years’ on-site carpentry experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good standard of workmanship and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Irish construction safety standards
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
