- Perform jobsite visits and assist with difficult service situations when required.
- Estimate HVAC repairs, replacements, and installation projects.
- Develop scopes of work, equipment selections, labor requirements, and material lists.
- Follow jobs from the initial customer call or estimate through scheduling, completion, billing, and closeout.
- Ensure technicians submit complete and accurate paperwork, job notes, equipment information, photos, and invoices promptly.
- Review completed work for accuracy and profitability.
- Work closely with our office manager and ownership to maintain an efficient Field Edge workflow.
- Maintain strong communication with residential and commercial customers.
- Handle customer concerns and escalated service issues professionally.
- Manage and expand preventive-maintenance agreements.
- Identify opportunities for additional HVAC service, replacement, and installation work.
