The role will be as a rpc consultant in part of the UK organisation, and in this project working with BMW.
About the Role:
The position, together with a number of other rpc consultants, will work embedded within the BMW UK Network Digitalisation department. The successful candidate will work in various projects and initiatives within the organisation, with a focus on the CRM Salesforce roll-out support to the retailer network (recently done for MINI, BMW planned for 2026/27).
From a more pragmatic perspective of the position, the role will entail project management support, problem and ticket solving, testing, document creation, training support, etc. In that sense, itβs a very hands-on position.
Services required include:
- Ability to support User Acceptance Testing, particularly around feature testing & refinement, as well as ticket resolution in a timely basis.
- Process implementation & efficiency with a customer-centric focus.
- Support the management and completion of JIRA tasks, including project communication and administration.
- Complete end-to-end project management with solid CRM management experience & organisational skills including the ability to set & drive requirements across multiple functional areas, as well as user training.
- Salesforce knowledge and implementation experience, including reporting and dashboard creation.
- Familiar with reporting on Salesforce dashboards & gaining insights, with a focus on change management & process enhancement.
- Flair for people, stakeholder management & interpersonal relationships.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align, prioritise tasks and projects effectively and escalate when relevant i.e. retailer support both virtually & in person.
- General team administration requirements i.e. chair meetings & actions follow-up as required.
- Liaising with local & central market contacts for CRM-related topics.
About you:
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM & project management desired
- B2B focus project management & coordination
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud essential, not just a regular user but an understanding of technical aspects
- Experience of data analysis and interrogation within Sales Cloud
- Experience of report creation within Sales Cloud
Education:
- Project management certification a plus
Language skills:
- English (native level C2)
