About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the charity’s growth and sustainability by developing strong relationships with supporters, stakeholders, organisations, and community partners. A major aspect of the role will involve supporting fundraising initiatives, promoting the charity’s training and educational programmes, increasing engagement, and helping to identify new partnership and income-generation opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, communicating with people, and driving positive social impact while working within a purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, partners, and community organisations
  • Support fundraising campaigns and income-generation initiatives
  • Promote and help grow the charity’s training and educational course offerings
  • Identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
  • Engage with businesses, community groups, and supporters to increase awareness of the charity’s work
  • Support marketing, networking, and outreach activities
  • Assist with events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to support the charity’s strategic objectives

  • Experienced in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management (desirable)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
