About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the charity’s growth and sustainability by developing strong relationships with supporters, stakeholders, organisations, and community partners. A major aspect of the role will involve supporting fundraising initiatives, promoting the charity’s training and educational programmes, increasing engagement, and helping to identify new partnership and income-generation opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, partners, and community organisations
- Support fundraising campaigns and income-generation initiatives
- Promote and help grow the charity’s training and educational course offerings
- Identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
- Engage with businesses, community groups, and supporters to increase awareness of the charity’s work
- Support marketing, networking, and outreach activities
- Assist with events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Work collaboratively with leadership to support the charity’s strategic objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate about the charity and third-sector sector
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
- Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders and community groups
- Experienced in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management (desirable)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
