As part of a broader organisational transformation agenda, this Talent Acquisition team are shifting from a delivery model through a large in-house TA team globally with minimal RPO usage, to the opposite situation. Once this shift has transpired, this leader will manage a small team of direct reports, with full accountability for RPO contracts to effect circa 10,000 hires annually around the world.
With particularly high levels of interest in this role from so many TA professionals, and the luxury of high calibre people choices, our hiring execs are focused on securing a leader who has:
- Lived and worked abroad as part of their international career (and who offers future potential to continue living across continents)
- Direct experience for transitioning TA functions into and out of RPOs and/or experience working within the RPO industry with a track record for trusted client relationships
- An advanced familiarity with the hiring challenges across R&D and scientific workforces, ideally as a result of having worked within chemicals, food manufacturing or healthcare companies.
- UK or EU or Swiss citizenship - apologies but work visa sponsorship from other regions are not available for this hire.
- Ability to undertake planned short and long haul travel for at least 10 days per month for the first year of 'bedding into the role'
