This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering reward strategy in a complex, evolving environment. You’ll work at the heart of annual compensation processes while providing insight-led analysis that directly influences business decisions.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the annual salary and bonus cycle, including data preparation, validation, and analysis
- Managing and analysing market benchmarking and compensation survey data
- Maintaining and developing reward systems, tools, and datasets
- Producing insights and reporting on pay equity, reward trends, and regulatory disclosures (e.g. pay gap reporting)
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to provide reward guidance and recommendations
- Contributing to reward-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including use of AI tools to enhance efficiency
We’re keen to hear from analytically strong Reward professionals who thrive on working with data and influencing outcomes. You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in a Reward / Compensation Analyst role, including supporting compensation cycles
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Understanding of market benchmarking and salary survey data
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ideally, exposure to financial services or similarly complex organisations
- Experience with tools such as Workday, PayScale, or similar (desirable)
