Are you an experienced HR professional looking to lead operational excellence? We’re seeking a proactive HR Operations Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, and HR administration for our UK & Ireland team.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in shaping HR operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Leading a multi-skilled team, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and administration.
- Drive process improvements and champion innovative change.
- Ensure compliance with UK & Ireland employment legislation and GDPR.
- Oversee accurate payroll and benefits administration.
- Deliver employee engagement and CSR initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and other functions to integrate HR processes.
