- Own and evolve the recruitment strategy for operational and management-level hiring.
- Drive employer branding initiatives that strengthen attraction, engagement and retention.
- Deliver workforce planning and talent strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders on complex employee relations matters.
- Lead on high-risk ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and tribunal support.
- Support organisational change, consultation and restructuring activity.
- Manage reward and recognition programmes, annual pay reviews and wider people initiatives.
- Deliver meaningful people reporting and insight, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Partner closely with Learning & Development to ensure policies, legislation changes and people processes are effectively embedded.

- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Exposure to employer branding, recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Experience leading or developing HR team members.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous, but we are also keen to hear from candidates from retail, leisure, facilities management or other multi-site businesses.
What's On Offer?
- Annual bonus opportunity
- Enhanced pension contribution

- Ongoing learning and development opportunities
