This is an opportunity to join one of the world's leading entertainment destination brands at a pivotal point in its reward journey.
As Senior Reward Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping reward strategy and governance across a complex international organisation, partnering with senior leaders across the UK, North America and international markets.
Reporting into the global reward leadership team, you'll help drive consistency and commerciality across reward programmes while ensuring local market realities are reflected in decision-making.
The role combines strategic reward work with hands‑on delivery and will suit someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, building practical solutions and turning complex reward data into meaningful business decisions.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading annual pay review and bonus processes
- Driving job architecture, job evaluation and salary banding initiatives
- Supporting reward governance and pay transparency requirements
- Delivering reward communications across multiple regions
- Partnering with senior People leaders and regional leadership teams
- Using market data and analytics to inform reward decisions
- Supporting the evolution of reward systems and processes
The first 12 months offer the opportunity to contribute to a significant salary banding and job architecture programme, while helping to shape the future of reward delivery as the organisation continues to invest in its people infrastructure and global growth strategy.
We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced reward professionals who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience of pay review and bonus delivery
- Deep knowledge of a recognised job evaluation methodology such as Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry or Hay
- Experience of job architecture, grading and salary structures
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- The ability to translate complex reward concepts into practical business solutions
Global mobility experience isn't essential, and we're open to candidates from a variety of industry backgrounds who can demonstrate strong compensation and reward expertise.
What's particularly attractive is the opportunity to join a small, high-impact global reward team that is growing, highly visible within the business and actively shaping its future reward framework. You'll have genuine influence, exposure to international markets, and the opportunity to help build reward capability across a global workforce of more than 10,000 permanent employees.
