Urgent requirement to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Resourcer to £50,000 + bonus + PMI. Location: Oxfordshire - 4 days a week on-site.
You’ll play a vital role in identifying and engaging exceptional talent across various roles, building a strong candidate pipeline in partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners. This position involves leveraging your sourcing expertise, networking skills, and social media know-how to attract top talent and support our recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing & Networking: Identify high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Market Mapping: Research and compile target lists for in-demand roles.
- Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess suitability.
- Pipeline Management: Track candidate progress and maintain organized databases.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and sourcing practices.
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting across the UK (In House or agency experience).
- Ideally experience of search in senior Engineering roles.
- Strong skills in ATS, Boolean searches, and sourcing platforms.
- Experience working both independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of various industry sectors and job markets.
