You'll work in close partnership with senior stakeholders to scope, design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership, culture and performance.
The Role
- You will act as an internal consultant, supporting both strategic and operational priorities across the organisation.
- Key areas of focus include:
- Designing and delivering capability development programmes across leadership, teams and individuals
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to diagnose needs and shape pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions
- Supporting the development of long-term approaches to organisational capability and effectiveness
- Embedding consistent approaches to leadership, culture and ways of working
- Evaluating the impact of interventions and using insights to drive continuous improvement
- Contributing to core people processes such as talent, development and performance cycles
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with individuals who bring a strong blend of consulting capability, learning expertise and organisational insight. You're likely to offer:
- Proven experience in organisational development, capability building or learning
- A strong consulting approach – comfortable with diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation
- Experience developing leadership and behavioural capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Confidence facilitating workshops and working with diverse audiences
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed organisations
- The ability to translate data and insight into meaningful action
- A commercially aware, outcomes-focused mindset
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
Additional Experience (Helpful but not Essential)
- Experience in large, regulated or complex environments
- Project or programme management exposure
- Experience designing blended or digital learning interventions
- Coaching, psychometric or professional development qualifications
