HR Heads is recruiting a Regional HR Business Partner to partner senior operational leaders across a broad, field-based region. The role balances strategic people priorities with hands-on ER leadership, including complex cases and TUPE projects, while shaping the regional people agenda.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, engagement and capability across 43+ sites spanning the North of England, Scotland and Ireland, with a strong emphasis on ER, transformation.
