This role sits at the heart of capability and organisational development, shaping how leaders, teams and the wider business build skills for the future. You’ll work in close partnership with senior stakeholders to scope, design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership, culture and performance.
You will act as an internal consultant, supporting both strategic and operational priorities across the organisation. Key areas of focus include:
- Designing and delivering capability development programmes across leadership, teams and individuals
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to diagnose needs and shape pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions
- Supporting the development of long-term approaches to organisational capability and effectiveness
- Embedding consistent approaches to leadership, culture and ways of working
- Evaluating the impact of interventions and using insights to drive continuous improvement
- Contributing to core people processes such as talent, development and performance cycles

- Proven experience in organisational development, capability building or learning
- A strong consulting approach – comfortable with diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation
- Experience developing leadership and behavioural capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Confidence facilitating workshops and working with diverse audiences
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed organisations
- The ability to translate data and insight into meaningful action
- A commercially aware, outcomes-focused mindset
- Strong communication and facilitation skills

- Experience in large, regulated or complex environments
- Project or programme management exposure
