My client is looking for a Learning & Development professional who will be ready to make a significant impact in a newly created role.
Purpose of the Role:
To successfully implement digital learning and development strategies, along with the continuous development of high-quality blended solutions including classroom, virtual and digital learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Learning & Development: You will support in implementing and designing digital learning strategies, developing high-quality digital learning and in-person training material.
- LMS Management: Oversee the learning management system, collaborating with stakeholders across the Group, cross-referencing content with TNA from managers.
- Professional Development: Manage the professional growth of colleagues, liaise with external providers and professional bodies to ensure employees complete certifications.
- Reporting: Provide monthly reporting from the LMS to identify trends and areas to develop.
- Onboarding Integration: Collaborate with the recruitment and onboarding team to provide continuous improvement on the induction process.
- Apprenticeship Levy: Advise on the effective use of the apprenticeship levy to enhance professional learning offerings.
- Learning Agreements: Manage the internal learning agreement process.
Experience & Qualifications:
- LMS Expertise: Experience in using LMS systems to report and record training & learning data, including eLearning publishing and assessments.
- Training Delivery: Experience in delivering in-person training and virtual training.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage a range of stakeholders within a complex organisation.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to various offices in the Southwest region, including overnight stays.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use learning design platforms to create digital learning content.
