Haywards Heath - On-Site Paying up to £35,000

A hands-on, standalone HR Administrator role within a busy, operational business. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees. You'll be supported by an external HR partner but given the autonomy to run HR on the ground. This role suits someone who enjoys pace, variety, and being embedded in the day-to-day of the business.

The Role

  • Manage HR administration including contracts, letters, and employee records
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the business
  • Support employee relations activity (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding from offer through to induction
  • Maintain HR systems, data, and reporting
  • Work closely with managers to ensure consistent processes and best practice
