We're recruiting for an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner opportunity within a dynamic, fast-paced and highly successful organisation. This is a genuine strategic partnering role, offering significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape people strategy at senior leadership level.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team and management population, partnering across a diverse range of functions including operations, logistics, finance, sales and marketing. You'll play a key role in delivering the people agenda, supporting organisational growth and helping to create an engaging, high-performing culture.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to influence business strategy and drive organisational performance
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, employee engagement and change management
- Lead on complex employee relations matters and provide pragmatic, commercially focused solutions
- Coach and develop leaders to enhance capability and performance
- Support talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and shape HR priorities
- Drive continuous improvement across people processes and business operations
- Deputise for the Head of HR when required
- Line manage and develop an HR Advisor

Significant HR Business Partner experience gained within complex business environments
Commercial awareness and the ability to align people strategy with business objectives
Experience leading through organisational change and transformation

Previous people management experience

This is a hybrid position based primarily from the Hampshire office. The successful candidate will typically work on-site 3-4 days per week, with Monday being a key office day, although additional office presence is encouraged during the initial period to build relationships and gain a thorough understanding of the business.
