My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 9‑month fixed‑term contract to join a high‑performing workplace culture.
About the Role
- Lead performance management, ensuring alignment with objectives and employee development.
- Act as a trusted expert for managers and senior leaders, resolving complex and high‑risk employee relations matters.
- Provide proactive HR support across London, Midlands and Northwest, covering all ER, performance management and HR issues.
- Drive organisational change initiatives including restructures, mergers, acquisitions and TUPE.
- Coach managers on conflict resolution, conduct, capability, and leadership.
- Track and report ER metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Review and update HR policies for compliance and best practice.
- Ensure HR strategies and initiatives are consistently implemented across regions.
- Contribute to wider People projects as required.
