The predicted salary is between 32000 - 48000 Β£ per year.

An INTERIM ER SPECIALIST is required for an ongoing assignment until September 2026 to support a business through a period of change. Alongside the introduction of the ERA and the various requirements that follow, this role will work within a broader HR team to support them through several changes resulting in ER matters.

Based on-site on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office), this role will provide support on all employee relations matters. This will range from:

  • Case Management
  • Line Manager Support
  • Redundancy (possibly collective consultation)
  • Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • ERA requirements, including probation periods and 6 months' rights

The successful candidate will be available to start in February 2026 and be able to work onsite in Reading 3 days per week. This is an interim assignment, working inside IR35 and paying c.Β£400 per day to the candidate.
