We’re looking for a Payroll / HR & Training Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in payroll accuracy, HR administration, and learning coordination during a pivotal period for the business.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Director and HR Business Partner, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll while providing essential administrative support across HR and training. This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys working with pace, accuracy, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy and full HMRC compliance.
- Maintain payroll data, processing pay, tax, pension and absence updates.
- Respond to employee queries with clarity and professionalism.
- Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate training activities, arrange courses, and track completion.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR and office functions.
