We are seeking a proactive and strategic Resource Partner to support our business units in delivering high-impact projects. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand project demand and identify suitable candidates across the business.
- Collaborate with Resource Managers and Line Managers to balance development needs with project delivery.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project outcomes.

- Experience in resource management within Professional Services or similar technical matrix organisations.
- Strong tactical resourcing skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation abilities.
