💼 Part-Time HR Consultant (8–15 Hours/Month)

We’re not your average HR consultancy, and this isn’t your average role.


HR Habitat is growing, and we’re looking for a CIPD-qualified HR Consultant to join us for a few hours a month, with real scope to grow.


This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is already in part-time work or looking for flexible hours

• Wants to be embedded in a mission-driven consultancy

• Has no conflicting HR consultancy or freelance business

• Has solid employment law knowledge and wants to apply it in a high-trust, high-impact setting

🔍 What You’ll Do (8–15 Hours a Month)

• Support clients with strategic and case-specific HR advice

• Draft legally sound documents, letters, and emails

• Handle ER case files end-to-end under our structured system

• Update client records and maintain accurate HR case notes

• Contribute to business development initiatives with the Founder

• Help apply our Gender Equity Diagnostic (GED) framework to every employment matter

• Join internal planning calls and help shape how we deliver consultancy at scale


Full training in our tools, frameworks, and systems will be provided.


What You’ll Need

• CIPD Level 5 in HR (minimum) or above

• Employment law knowledge is essential (e.g. law module in CIPD or degree)

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ HR experience (internal or consulting)

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Organised, reliable, and responsive during allocated shifts

• Available to start within 2–3 weeks
