Jouw rol als Administratief Logistiek Medewerker

Als logistiek administratief medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van logistieke processen, maar tegelijk ben je ook actief betrokken bij het beheer van de voorraad en de controle van binnenkomende en uitgaande goederen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt: van het verwerken van werkbonnen en het bijhouden van ons ERP-systeem tot het opstellen van vervoersdocumenten en het nauwkeurig controleren van leveringen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen en draagt bij aan een soepel lopend logistiek proces.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Controle van inkomende goederen op kwaliteit en kwantiteit.
  • Administreren van verzendingen en ontvangst van goederen in ons ERP-systeem.
  • Administratief afhandelen van werkbonnen van onze productieafdelingen.
  • Opstellen van vervoersdocumenten en zorgen voor correcte verzending.
  • Beheren van het voorraadmagazijn op de logistieke afdeling, inclusief voorraadbeheer en -controle.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van MS Office
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré
  • Beschikbaar voor minimaal 4 dagen per week
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (essentieel voor interne én externe communicatie)
  • Perfectionist met een sterk gevoel voor orde en structuur
  • Nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail bij het uitvoeren van administratieve taken
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om goed samen te werken met diverse afdelingen
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en logistieke processen is een pré
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig in een dynamische werkomgeving
