About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to join a highâperforming marketing team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving incremental revenue growth through impactful PPC and DSP campaigns across leading retail media platforms. You'll be at the heart of eRetail Media activity, working across Amazon Ads, Criteo, and Citrus Ads to maximise ROI while supporting major product launches and promotional events across a diverse portfolio of householdâname brands in the UK and export markets. Working closely with brand marketing, sales teams, and an executional eRetail Media agency, you'll help shape strategy, optimise performance, and turn insights into meaningful commercial results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing PPC and DSP campaigns and overseeing spend across performance initiatives
- Developing and executing eRetail Media strategies aligned to brand objectives
- Partnering with external agencies to optimise campaigns and monitor results
- Coordinating with internal teams and agencies to deliver creative assets on time
- Running A/B testing across creatives and campaign strategies
- Analysing performance data to uncover trends
