Our client is hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to help accelerate growth across a portfolio of brands through PPC & DSP campaigns on Amazon Ads, Criteo, and CitrusAds.
You'll work closely with an executional eRetail Media agency and internal brand/sales teams to make sure media spend is working harder, especially around new product launches and key promotional moments.
What you will be responsible for:
- Owning the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of PPC & DSP campaigns (pacing, targeting, bids, performance levers).
- Supporting channel strategy across multiple brands, aligned to ROI and growth objectives.
- Partnering with the eRetail Media agency to improve performance and implement learnings quickly.
- Running structured A/B testing (creative, audiences, bidding approaches) and turning results into actions.
- Producing clear, stakeholder‑friendly performance reporting and practical recommendations.
- Coordinating creative assets with internal teams/agencies to hit deadlines for launches/promos.
- Helping brand and sales teams understand performance marketing outputs so investment decisions improve over time.
