CNC turners required for expansion at this exceptional sub contract precision engineering company. Day Shift or Night shifts roles available (nights are Mon-Thursday 5pm-5am). The company produces complex, high-precision components for industries including Formula One, aerospace and military applications, machining a wide range of metals to extremely tight tolerances.

  • Program, Set and operate CNC lathes running Fanuc controls.
  • Load programmes, set tooling and adjust offsets to achieve correct dimensions.
  • Produce high-precision turned components in a range of metals.
  • Work to tight tolerances and complex geometries from detailed drawings.
  • Perform first-off and in-process inspections, maintaining quality throughout the batch.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and right-first-time output.
  • Work closely with production, programming and quality teams.
  • Keep machines and work area clean, safe and well organised.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and cycle times.
