Location: Aintree Job Title: Team Leader – Warehouse Operations Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday- Friday Salary: £24,000-£27,000 per annum, DOE. HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our client's Warehouse Operations team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing inventory, supervising a team of employees, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: – Process deliveries and list stock on website and WMS – Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment – Ensure accurate and timely processing of returns – Manage order fulfilment, including picking and packing – Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment – Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies – Supervise a team of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met – Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members – Provide feedback on staff performance – Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or explain processes – Handle customer complaints, concerns, or issues with empathy and professionalism – Assist with order placement, changes, or cancellations – Help customers track shipments or manage returns and exchanges – Offer advice or recommendatio…
