HRGO Group is recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles in Heybridge/CO6, focusing on picking and packing tasks.

The Warehouse Operative will work closely with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including compliance with legislation, health and safety regulations, and company and customer policies, procedures, and instructions. The role also emphasizes delivering excellent customer service.

Site operates 7 days a week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm.

We are seeking candidates who can start immediately, ideally from Wednesday, 18th June.

About the job:

  • Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing;
  • Perform inventory controls, maintain high-quality standards for audits, and optimize space utilization;
  • Picking and packing;
  • Ensure safe operations and compliance with HSE, environmental, and quality procedures;
  • Achieve target output levels efficiently and cost-effectively;
  • Provide feedback to supervisors and managers regarding output issues and address concerns promptly;
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, proactive approach;
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
