HRGO Recruitment are seeking a competent and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. Candidates will be hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards in everything they do.
In this role, you will:
Process and pack orders efficiently to meet daily targets.
Safely operate machinery in line with proper Health & Safety practices.
Load and unload goods, manoeuvring pallets in the warehouse.
Produce goods in line with company standards.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory software accurately.
Collaborate with team members to optimise work flow and warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven warehouse experience, demonstrating an understanding of warehouse operations.
The ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
High working standards.
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of items.
Experience with pallet handling and management.
A hardworking attitude, with excellent time-management skills and reliability.
