Main Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks in the department are accurate, timely, and well-organised. You will play a key role in ensuring Dispatch Operatives have the correct paperwork, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with all processes.
Main Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility
- Print Orders with minimum delivery dates.
- Prepare Load Plans for Dispatch.
- Send Aldi Transport provisional bookings.
- Ensure all Load Plans and Delivery Notes are accurate and complete.
- Book transport for Aldi, Sainsbury\βs, and Market deliveries.
- Create manual Delivery Notes as required.
- Print out Delivery Notes from customer websites.
- Create and close M&S Loose Job Sheets.
- Check the Minus sheet for any missing products.
- Print the Minus Sheet for Despatch Operatives.
- Organise Load Collections as needed.
- Coordinate the Pallet Split for Retailers.
- Manage filing and uploading details for P2D (Product to Delivery).
- Create Tesco ASN\βs (Advanced Shipping Notices).
- Print and check ASN labels for Tesco pallets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working area.
- Upload M&S files and fully check M&S orders once picked.
- Finish M&S load plans and send Tesco pallet splits to DPS (Delivery Planning System).
- Allocate arriving trucks to loading bays and collect keys once trucks are on the bay.
- Ensure all drivers sign in upon arrival and sign out upon departure.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities in our processes and systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Internal & External Trace ability Audits.
- Monitor complaints from Retailers regarding shortages.
- Address complaints from Dispatch Operatives related to missing paperwork.
- Manage Internal & External Compliance Audits.
- Handle complaints from Head Office efficiently.
