About the Role

We're looking for a technical compliance coordinator to support our Deeside operation as we prepare for our SALSA Brokers, Storage & Distribution audit. Working alongside the operations manager and UK quality & safety technical manager, you'll help maintain our quality management systems, complete technical documentation and support the site through the accreditation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation for the SALSA audit.
  • Maintain quality and compliance documentation.
  • Complete internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support HACCP reviews and supplier approvals.
  • Maintain technical records and site compliance documentation.
  • Assist with food safety and quality improvement activities.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in a technical or quality role within the FMCG food industry. You'll ideally have:

  • Experience working to SALSA, BRCGS or other recognised food-safety standards.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles.
  • Experience carrying out internal audits.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A practical, proactive approach and the confidence to work closely with operational teams.
