HRGO Recruitment are excited to announce that one of our clients\’ restaurants will be opening for dine-in service in the first week of April, and we\’re looking for enthusiastic and professional waitstaff to help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our clients\’ guests.
We have the following positions available:
These are temporary roles, with the positions expected to last for about a month. Ideal candidates will be friendly, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
While experience with Thai cuisine is a plus, what we\’re truly looking for is a passion for excellent customer service and a dedication to creating a memorable experience for our diners.
Key Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and ensure accuracy when entering into the system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service
- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Support the team with opening and closing duties as needed
