HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking a Running Operative to join our client's industrial team.
The ideal candidate will have a Forklift License, however if the licence has expired the client will arrange for a refresher course for the right person.
As a Running Operative, you will be responsible for working within warehouse areas alongside production teams to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery to run products as per production schedule
- Handling heavy lifting tasks and moving materials within the warehouse
- Collaborating with production teams to meet production targets
- Always adhering to health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various hours depending on production schedules
- Availability to work weekends as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Forklift license preferred
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
- Previous experience in an industrial setting is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
