We are seeking a Trainee Fibre Glass Laminator to become part of our client’s well-established and respected team.

Location: About 5 miles from Highbridge. Car essential as no public bus route.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.71

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
  • Friday: 07:30 - 12:30

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean moulds
  • Prepare chopped strand mat and other reinforcing materials
  • Apply gel coat to moulds
  • Lay up materials with resin
  • Read and interpret drawings and manufacturing specifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Capable of adapting to changing work demands
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Own transport due to location
  • Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
