Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Installation & Maintenance Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of hosted and on-premises telephony systems in the London region. This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain a range of telephony systems (hosted and on-premises).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical faults both on-site and remotely.
- Perform network and infrastructure checks to ensure optimal telephony performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver installations within set timescales.
- Provide end-user training and complete thorough system handovers.
