The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of hosted and on-premises telephony systems in the London region. This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain a range of telephony systems (hosted and on-premises).Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical faults both on-site and remotely.Perform network and infrastructure checks to ensure optimal telephony performance.Collaborate with project teams to deliver installations within set timescales.Provide end-user training and complete thorough system handovers.Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and configuration details.Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and customer care.Skills & ExperienceProven experience working with telephony systems such as Microsoft Teams, IPECS, and Gamma.Strong understanding of SIP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and general networking principles.Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects.
