We are seeking experienced Multi Skilled Site Fitters to join a busy site-based team working on a wide range of mechanical installation, construction and repair projects mostly in and around the airport.
These are hands-on role for a reliable, safety-focused tradespeople who can work independently and as part of a team.
Plenty of hours and premium overtime available.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out installation, assembly and commissioning of site equipment and fittings
- Fabrication, modification and on-site adjustments to metalwork and components
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on site
- Read and work from drawings, specifications and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Complete quality checks, documentation and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to site safety procedures
Essential requirement
- Valid CSCS card
- Must be able to be security cleared
Desirable
- Previous site fitting or construction experience
- Multi-trade skills (mechanical, fabrication, etc.) advantageous
