The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

This is a specification‑led sales role with a growing UK manufacturer of design‑led, sustainable furniture. You will own the full sales cycle, getting products specified into landscape and architectural schemes and converting these through to contract award.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landscape architects, architects, landscape designers, contractors and builders' merchants.
  • Drive product specification and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful contract win.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals, manage tenders and respond to inbound specified enquiries.
  • Deliver CPDs and attend relevant events to generate and nurture new opportunities.
  • Work closely with production and design teams to fully understand products, capabilities and costs.

Key targets / KPIs:

  • Circa ÂŁ2.5m invoiced revenue in 2025 (rising to ÂŁ3.2m in 2026).
  • Maintain an average gross margin of c.39%.
  • Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline of specifications and specified tenders.

Skills & experience:

  • Strong track record in specification and tender‑based, consultative/value selling.
  • Experience in street furniture (ideal) or construction‑related products (desirable).
  • Confident with technical drawings and complex tender documentation.
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused and comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
