✨Showcase Your SMSTS Knowledge
Since having an SMSTS card is a must, be prepared to talk about what it entails. Highlight any relevant training or certifications you’ve completed and how they’ve helped you manage sites effectively. This will demonstrate your commitment to safety and compliance.
✨Dress the Part
Even if the interview is informal, showing up in your full PPE can make a strong impression. It signals that you take the role seriously and are ready to jump into action. Plus, it gives you a chance to discuss your equipment and its importance in your work.
✨Ask Insightful Questions
Prepare some thoughtful questions about the ongoing project in Bristol. Inquire about the team dynamics, project timelines, and any specific challenges they anticipate. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you assess if it’s the right fit for you.
