Pay Rate: £12.50- £13.50 p/h
HRGO Recruitment are looking for an ad-hoc receptionist to cover. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and you will need to be presentable with a professional and friendly manner. The role will involve:
- Ensuring the customer waiting areas are free
- Showing customers around the showroom
- Making teas and coffees
- Keeping the areas neat and tidy
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
- Direct customers to the correct departments
- Offer refreshments and assist as required
- Occasional general administration (full training will be offered for the right candidate)
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the correct department when required
You must be professional, reliable, and presentable.
Experience:
- Car dealership experience preferred, however not essential
- Looking for someone with Reception or Admin experience
