We are seeking a candidate who is able to cover a maternity leave role in a temporary capacity β duties will be as follows:-To ensure all orders are processed accurately onto the systemTo raise PO\βs as necessaryTo forward on supplier paperwork to Agents and provide commodity codesTo ensure that the container tracker sheet is up to date on both Excel and the in-house systemTo ensure that deliveries and returns are managed accordingly.To manage Air Freight quotes, bookings, clearance and deliveriesTo deal with any other duties as necessary.Candidates need to have worked in a Purchasing Assistant / Administration role previously and have a good understanding of Purchase Order Administration and tracking.
