HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor for a long-established, market-leading provider of commercial linen rental and industrial laundry services, supporting hospitality and other commercial customers across Scotland and the North of England. This is an opportunity to join a successful business in a key management role with a proven path for growth and promotion.

Working Pattern

  • Four-day week (Great work/life balance)
  • Sunday: 07:00 - 17:00
  • Monday: 07:00 - 19:30
  • Tuesday: 07:00 - 19:30
  • Wednesday: 07:00 - 13:00

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the plant, ensuring production targets are achieved, quality standards are maintained, and customer requirements are met. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced production environment, with responsibility for managing teams, scheduling, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise, supervise and train production staff across the plant.
  • Achieve production targets and manage performance against key KPIs.
  • Plan and schedule production to meet specific customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure customer needs are satisfied in relation to service and quality standards.
  • Ensure legal compliance and company requirements are met in relation to employment and health.
