Job Title: HR Advisor Job type: 6 month FTC (maternity cover) Hourly Rate: Β£18.00-Β£20.30 per hour Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office, with the remaining days working remotely We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a solar energy company for an Interim HR Advisor to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys being hands-on, building strong relationships and making a genuine difference to the employee experience. Working as part of a close-knit HR team of four, you'll play an important role in providing a responsive and people-focused HR service across the business. You'll be trusted to hit the ground running, manage day-to-day HR matters confidently and contribute ideas that help drive positive change across the organisation. Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers Managing employee relations matters, including sensitive and challenging situations Building positive relationships across the business Contributing to wider HR initiatives and strategy Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience Supporting the HR team with a range of generalist activities CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (preferred not required) At least 2 years' experience in a similar HR generalist role Strong knowledge of day-to-day HR and employee relations The company also puts plenty of emphasis on bringing people together, with regular monthly social events and team-building activities to connect with colleagues outside of the day-to-day role.
