This is a varied role where no two days are the same! You'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the sales team and building strong customer relationships. If you enjoy being busy, helping others and bringing positive energy to the workplace, this could be the perfect role for you. The Role: Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders and preparing quotations. Handling customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and product availability. Managing customer accounts and supporting credit control. Maintaining accurate customer records and setting up new supplier accounts. Coordinating general office administration and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office. Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues across the business. About You: Previous experience in an administration or office based role. A bubbly, friendly personality with a positive, can do attitude. Excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
