Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing IT Managed Services organisation specialising in IT Tech Support, Cyber Security, and Cloud Technology.

This role will be based in our client\’s offices in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a founding SDR who ideally has experience in the IT Managed Services sector. Candidates from the Value Added Reseller space or Cyber vendor side will also be considered.

Location

The role is based in Oxfordshire with candidate locations including: Oxford, Banbury, Didcot, Witney, Farringdon, Henley on Thames, Abingdon, Wantage, Radley, Bampton, Thatcham, Wallingford, Kindlington, Carterton, and Chipping Norton.

Compensation

Base salary for this position ranges from £35k to £40k, with an additional commission package of approximately £10k to £15k, leading to on-target earnings (OTE) of £45k to £55k.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads, understand their needs, and determine fit for our technology solutions.
  • Building Relationships: Establish connections with prospects, nurture relationships, and gain trust.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Communication and Persuasion: Effectively communicate the value of our solutions and persuade prospects to engage further.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Tools Utilization: Leverage various tools for lead generation and sales engagement to maximize efficiency.
  • Independent Work: Proactively seek out new opportunities and apply innovative techniques for success.
