Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as updating records, processing requests and maintaining logs
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and support team colleagues as needed
- Maintain knowledge of products, services and internal processes to deliver consistent service
What we're looking for
- Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Ideally some experience in administration or customer service (paid or voluntary)
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers and common office software
- Professional attitude, reliable and a good team player
