We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join a high-speed manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production operations, maintain equipment performance, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimise downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with operators, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes.
  • Document production activities, faults, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within high-speed manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and consistent quality focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing improvements.
