We are seeking a skilled Large Format Graphic Designer to create high-impact artwork for signage, vehicle graphics and various large format print applications. You will work closely with production teams and external print partners to prepare accurate, production-ready files and ensure final output meets design and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce large format print artwork and artwork for signage, banners, hoardings and exhibition graphics
  • Design vehicle graphics and vinyl wrap artwork, including full wraps, decals and cut vinyl layouts
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files with correct dielines, bleeds, trims, color profiles and resolution
  • Work primarily in Adobe Illustrator to create and edit vector artwork; ensure compatibility with cutting plotters and print workflows
  • Liaise with production and installation teams to resolve technical issues and optimise designs for materials and finishes
  • Conduct file checks, proof approvals and quality control prior to printing and installation
  • Maintain and manage artwork templates, asset libraries and version control
  • Meet project deadlines and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment

Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience producing large format print artwork and signage design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork creation and file preparation)
  • Strong experience designing vehicle graphics and vinyl graphics, with understanding of wrap techniques and panel joins
  • Knowledge of artwork preparation for production: dielines, bleeds, crop marks, color management (CMYK, spot colours), resolution and file formats
  • Familiarity with production processes (digital print, laminating, cutting/plotting, installation) and ability to troubleshoot production issues
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong visual sensibility and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with production teams and clients
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Understanding of material behaviors (PVC, cast vs calendered vinyl) and finishes
  • Experience with vehicle templates and wrap software or CAD tools
