Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting cleaning staff across various locations within the South East.
- Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and health & safety compliance are maintained.
- Managing staffing levels, attendance, and holiday cover.
- Providing training, guidance, and performance support to cleaning operatives.
- Liaising with clients to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
- Responding promptly to operational issues and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one, which can be arranged).
- Previous supervisory experience within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
